HOV Harlingen is a versatile seaport terminal. We handle containers, project cargo, bulk goods and general cargo on behalf of customers. We handle cargo both by inland shipping and by sea. HOV has facilities for loading and unloading ships, cars and containers with breakbulk and general cargo.
